We are a friendly, stable, and long-established Practice providing health care for nearly 17,000 patients in Southeast Cornwall. We are a two-site practice covering the market town of Liskeard and the moorland village of Pensilva. There are excellent road and rail links to Plymouth and Truro.
We have 12 GPs and 2 Trainees, 7 ANPs, 2 mental health practitioners, 2 Clinical Pharmacists among other clinical staff. We have a large diverse nursing team and over 20 dispensers. We also have a first contact physio, a dynamic, well-structured management and administrative team of over 30 colleagues as well as a highly successful and award-winning research team.
Our practice owned; on-site pharmacy is staffed by a pharmacist led medicines management team which adds an invaluable amount of support. Such a large, diverse clinical and administrative team allow the GPs to focus on delivering high quality clinical care.
We are a dynamic Practice, passionate about patient care, and together with our patient participation group we are always keen to further develop our services so that patients receive an excellent standard of healthcare. We feel we are a supportive group who look out for each other and consider the health and wellbeing of our team to be of utmost importance.
We are based 20 minutes from the beautiful Cornish coast within easy commute to Plymouth and Truro.
