Community Midwives

Community Midwives provide care for expectant mothers at home and in the surgery.
Community Nurses

Providing care at home for those who are housebound, or recently discharged from hospital. They may be contacted at the Liskeard Community Hospital on 01579 335 276 or a message may be left with the surgery.

Community Psychiatric Nurses

Community Psychiatric Nurses are able to care for patients with psychiatric problems in the community.

Macmillan Nurses

Macmillan Nurses are specially trained to help patients with cancer at home.

Diabetic Liaison Nurse

Diabetic Liaison Nurse offers specialist diabetic advice and can be contacted at Callington Community Clinic on 01579 384 425.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors are involved in the health care of children and those at risk.

Clinical Psychologists provide a regular service for patients referred by a doctor for counselling and treatment of stress symptoms.

Community Psychiatric Nurses are able to care for patients with psychiatric problems in the community.

Alcohol and Drugs Counselling. A substance misuse therapist is available for the counselling of patients and their relatives.

Adult Social Care can help with social problems. They include the Home Care Organiser and Social Workers.
