Enhanced access
Between 1pm and 2pm and 6pm and 6:30pm all calls are forwarded to Kernow message handling service. Urgent matters will then be passed to a doctor here at the surgery.
If you require urgent medical help or advice but it is not a life threatening situation you can call NHS 111 to speak to a fully trained advisor who is supported by experienced nurses and paramedics.
They will ask questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straightaway to the local service that can help you best.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
